Dennis G. called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.
MJ read the minutes from the January14th meeting. Wil P. moved to accept the minutes as read. Herb S. seconded the motion, motion passed.

John K. read the treasurers report, Nick L.. moved to accept the report as read, JT seconded the motion, motion passed.

Old Business:
Dennis G. thanked Walkers for the generous use of their shop. Dennis also read additional thank you notes from the Neighbors for neighbors. Dennis also read an announcement on a recall from O'reillys on certain bearings. See Dennis for the complete list.

New Business:
Saturday is the club dinner cruise, it will be at a location close to the expo center and there will be no caravan. The dinner cruise will be at Umbertos and everyone will meet at the restaurant at 5PM.

Wil announced new member Mike Sirkel; he has a 66 Chevy Biscayne and will be at Starbirds.

Dennis announced that he has magazines from other car clubs and to see him if anyone is interested in borrowing them.

John K. announced that he has window decals and stickers if anyone needed them to see him.

Tim K. reminded the club that there are a few racecars in the club and that Larry is currently looking for paint scheme ideas for his. (it currently looks like a copper top battery).

Starbirds:
Wil P. passed around a sign up sheet for volunteers to work the club table at the show. Wil stated that he needed 2 volunteers for each 2-hour shift. Tim K. reminded everyone what a great recruiting tool this is.

Tim K. requested that all club member "show their colors" when we are at Starbirds, whether they are entered in the show or just coming to look at the cars.

Wil stated that the club has 21 card registered and asked if everyone has received their invitations. We stated that the club will be assigned a specific move in time. Wil asked Odis if he had the trailer ready to go. Odis asked if they were going to arrange the cars before they go in. Tim K. assured everyone that they have gone through all of the cars entered and that they would arrange them accordingly. John K stated that he had 1 table to lend the club for the display. Wil asked if there were enough applications and newsletters to give out. Tim K. suggested that packets be made to give to people that are interested in the club. Jim J verified that everything will be set up Wednesday night when the cars are parked. Nick L asked how early they can register and was informed that as soon as the cars go in on Wednesday registration will be open.

Odis made a motion that John K be allowed the money to purchase a new box for the treasurer's needs. John insisted that this was not necessary but Greg B seconded the motion and it was approved.

Jim J announced that MADWACO is set for Saturday May 17th.

Dennis G. reminded everyone that Sonic Night is the last Friday night of the month and that the club receives half off food and free medium drinks.
