Dennis G. called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. MJ read the minutes from the November 12th meeting. Tim K. moved to accept the minutes as read. JT seconded the motion, motion passed.

John K. read the treasurers report, Tim K. moved to accept the report as read, Nick L seconded the motion, motion passed.

Dennis G. thanked everyone that donated items to the Neighbors for Neighbors and reported that the organization was very thankful for the money and items donated. Tim K. read an announcement stating that January 26th will be an open house for club members at Walker's on Route 66. See Tim K for information. Tim K. announced that he has a limited amount of T-shirts and that if you need one to see Tim Spencer.

Starbird Show
Wil P. stated that he has the forms and that they need to be turned in by January 15th and that so far he has 16 applicants. Wil P. stated that he will be contacted for the "time of entry" and that he will contact members with the information. Discussions followed about Starbird activities, Wil P. stated that he will have the schedule at the next meeting for volunteers needed to man the club information table.

Dennis G. stated that he was approached by someone that would like to display at the car show with the club and asked the clubs opinion. Wil P. stated that if they are going to display with the club, they have to be a member. Dennis G. confirmed that the individual is a member. Dennis G. introduced new club member Kevin McGaugh; he has a 1980 El Camino and is from Tulsa. All car club members present for the meeting introduced themselves to Kevin..

Tim S. reported that Jim Johnson called him while he was out of town to ask if the club would donate $100 to MADWACO. Wil P. discussed who MADWACO was and how the clubs help support each other for events they host. Odis M. made motion to donate the $100, Tim K. seconded the motion, motion passed.

Denise P. asked John Gwinup to report on how Marie was doing. He stated that she was doing as well as to be expected.

Dennis G. reminded the club that this months dinner cruise was to Shiloh's in Broken Arrow OK. Dennis G. also reminded everyone that Sonic Night is the last Friday night of the month and that the club receives half off food and free medium drinks.
