Meeting was called to order at 7PM.
Mary-Jo read the minutes from the May 12th Meeting.
Tim K. moved to accept the minutes as read, Greg B. seconded the motion, motion passed.
No VP report at this meeting.
John K. read the treasurers report, Mary-Jo moved to accept the report as read,
Greg B. seconded the motion, motion passed.

OLD BUSINESS

Dennis G. reminded everyone that Regionals are coming up. Jim J. reported that he will not be able to make it. He stated that it is not to late to request that your vehicle be judged at the Regionals. Stated that those attending the Regionals will be meeting at the QT on County Line Road in Broken Arrow Oklahoma at 193rd and I44 expressway.
They will be leaving at 9:00AM on Friday the 27th of June.

Wil P. reported on the Leake Auction and thanked everyone that signed up and was there to work their shift or have replacements for their shift. Wil P. stated it was less like work and more like fun to drive the broad spectrum of cars that were there. John K. stated that his brother filled one of his shifts and stated he had a great time and is looking forward to the next time.

Dennis G. reported on MADWACO, and announced that Jim J. took Best In Show; There was a round of applause.

Jim J. reported that while speaking to Brian P. at MADWACO that Brian Suggested we make Lonny a custom Apron since he is the cook that feeds everybody there. Wil P. made a motion to allot the funds for the apron, Greg B. seconded the motion, motion passed.

Tim S. reported on MADWACO as well. He stated that Hailey wanted to take her car up there, and that she had a great time running a pass down the track. Hailey S. took home Second Place!

NEW BUSINESS

Dennis G. announced that John and Jeri are opening up there garage for club members on June 21st. Dennis G. reminded everyone that June 27th is Sonic Night at 71st and 145th in Broken Arrow. Saturday night dinner cruise was to Arnolds at 51st and Union in West Tulsa (west siiiiidddddeeeee). Meet at the social security building at 430PM and pull out at 445PM.

Nick Landin came out of the cheap seats and suggested that we need to start planning the annual picnic. Dennis G. said that he will check with the park for availability.

Dennis G. reminded everyone that if its going in the Newsletter, Greg B. needs it by July 7th.
